By sending unsolicited materials, you explicitly acknowledge that this does not establish a contractual relationship or any other legal obligation between you and Maze Pictures. No claims of any kind, regardless of their legal basis, can be derived from the submission.

Unsolicited materials will not be reviewed or read by Maze Pictures and will be deleted, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of without prior notice. Materials will not be returned. Maze Pictures accepts no liability for loss, damage, or other impairment of the materials submitted. No confirmation of receipt, rejection, or other statement regarding the content will be provided. We kindly ask you to refrain from making any inquiries in this regard.

As a precautionary measure, we would like to point out that Maze Pictures continuously works with a large number of its own and third-party materials, developing, editing, and in some cases also filming them. It cannot therefore be ruled out that future productions – regardless of knowledge of the content of unsolicited submissions – may show actual or perceived similarities or correspondences with such submissions.

Regardless of the copyright protection of the submitted material or individual elements, Maze Pictures accepts no liability in such cases.
